How to Recover a Forgotten Admit Card ID or Roll Number

If you have misplaced your admit card, you cannot check your result directly on the website. Follow these steps to retrieve your details:

• Contact Your School: This is the most reliable method. Schools maintain a complete database of student roll numbers and admit card IDs. Contact your school administration or principal immediately.
• Search Digital Records: Check your registered email, school portal, or class communication groups (like WhatsApp) for any previous mentions of your exam details.
• Regional Office: If the school is unreachable, you may contact your respective CBSE Regional Office with your registration details for assistance.

Using DigiLocker and UMANG App

For a seamless experience and to obtain a digitally signed marksheet, students should use:

• DigiLocker: Log in using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Search for CBSE documents and fetch your Class 12 Marksheet. This digital copy is legally valid under the IT Act.
• UMANG App: Download the UMANG app and navigate to the CBSE service section. Enter your roll number and date of birth to view your scorecard.
