Educational Qualification

• MBA: Candidates must have an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Quantitative Techniques, or Systems with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
• NET/SLET/SET: Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar accredited tests.
• Exemption: Candidates with a Ph.D. degree awarded in regular mode (following UGC 2009/2016 regulations) are exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.

Salary Details

The consolidated monthly remuneration for selected candidates is as follows:

• For Ph.D. Holders: ₹42,000 per month
• For Others (NET/SLET/SET qualified): ₹40,000 per month
